Lighthouse Società tra Avvocati a r.l. is a Law Firm officially founded in 2019, but it is built on a strong foundation of experience, thanks to its four founders, each of whom boasts over twenty years of experience in the credit management sector, both in out-of-court and judicial contexts. The founders have held various roles as lawyers, managers, and entrepreneurs, honing a broad set of cross-functional skills.
The decision to create a law firm was strongly influenced by the evolution that the credit management sector has undergone over the last decade. The challenges and needs of the market, increasingly complex and multifaceted, require a highly specialized and integrated response. In this context, the establishment of Lighthouse Società Law Firm represented the ideal answer to offer competent and structured legal support to clients who require customized solutions in credit management.
In 2023, driven by the desire to meet the growing demands of its clients more comprehensively, the firm decided to acquire Lighthouse Debt Solutions S.r.l., the current debt collection agency authorized by the Ministry of the Interior. This acquisition further enhanced the firm’s offering, creating an excellence hub for all activities related to the active credit cycle. It enabled the firm to expand its capabilities, integrating both out-of-court and
judicial debt recovery operations, with a specific focus on improving outcomes and the effectiveness of the solutions provided.
