Lighthouse Debt Solutions S.r.l. is a company fully controlled by Lighthouse Law Firm, which acquired it in February 2023.
Founded in 2012 as a financial intermediary under Article 106 Bank of Italy, specializing in the purchase of non-performing loan portfolios, the company initially operated under the name Euromoney S.p.A.
Today, Lighthouse Debt Solutions has a fully paid-up capital of €100,000 and holds a significant NPL portfolio. The company is authorized to operate exclusively as a debt collection agency, under the 115 TULPS license issued by the Italian Ministry of the Interior.
Operating in the field of out-of-court debt management, LH Debt Solutions works synergistically with Lighthouse Law Firm to manage full servicing mandates, which include both amicable and judicial activities.
Thanks to its consolidated experience in international credit management and a network of correspondents present in many countries, LH Debt Solutions is able to offer unique solutions for cross-border debt collection, becoming a point of reference for both Italian export companies and foreign businesses and debt collection agencies that require assistance and services for debt recovery actions against Italian debtors.
